ProCenter is a transaction processing portal of SBI Life, primarily used by Branch operations for capturing cashier entries, logging applications and generating renewal premium receipts. ProCenter also allows the branch and sales staff to do a follow up on the pending requirements. It also empowers the branch users to do straight through processing for Jet cases.
The access to ProCenter is provided by logging in with a valid user id and password. New users, to generate the user id, send the user creation form, duly filled and signed by the appropriate authorities to the tech team.
